If Client purchases a 7-day or 30-day package, they must use those days within 3 months of purchase. If Client purchases a 60-day or 90-day package, they must use those days within a year of purchase. Dogs not picked up by 7pm (6pm Sundays) will be walked, fed and prepped for overnight boarding. The owner will then be charged a boarding fee, according to the availability of rooms and the size of their dog(s).

Regulations for Boarding Cancellation:
For Holiday Boarding, D.O.G requires a 50% deposit per dog. D.O.G requires 7-day notice of all cancellations if the customer wants their deposit refunded. Non-Holidays, D.O.G requires 2-day notice of cancellation. For sanitary purposes, D.O.G requires customers to pay for a standard grooming to be administered on every 10th day of boarding.
